Delivery Policy

We currently deliver to all counties across the Republic of Ireland. Whether you are located in a major city, town, or rural area, we aim to ensure your framed artwork and printed products arrive safely and securely.

Shipping charges are based on the size of the frame or print ordered:

• €6.00 Delivery — Small and medium-sized frames and prints.
• €9.00 Delivery — Large frames and oversized items.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

As each order is carefully prepared, printed, and framed to order, please allow:

• 2–5 business days for production and order preparation.
• Additional delivery time depending on your location and courier service.

During busy periods, seasonal promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within:

• 1–3 business days within Ireland.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Our framed products are packaged with great care to protect them during transit. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, courier disruptions, or peak delivery periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
