Frame It Up provides online printing and framing services for customers throughout Ireland.
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
We offer printed, framed, and custom-made products based on customer selections and uploaded artwork or images.
All product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, screen settings, materials, and production methods.
When uploading photographs, artwork, or other files, you confirm that:
You remain the owner of your uploaded content.
You grant us a limited licence to use the uploaded content solely for the purpose of producing, fulfilling, and delivering your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing material that we reasonably believe may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro (€).
Payment must be received in full before production begins.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.
An order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, any applicable refund will be issued.
As many of our products are custom-made, production times may vary. Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, customs issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout and form part of the total order cost.
Customers may request cancellation before production has commenced.
Once printing, framing, manufacturing, or preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible due to the custom nature of the products.
Any approved cancellation will be refunded using the original payment method.

Custom-made and personalised products are generally non-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under Irish or European law.
We make every effort to accurately represent colours and product appearance.
However, colours displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, and printed products may vary due to differences in screen settings, printers, lighting conditions, and materials.
Minor colour variations shall not be considered defects.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Frame It Up and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use website content without prior written permission.
