Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind every frame we make. Here's how we handle returns, refunds, and any issues with your order.

Overview

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. As our prints and frames are made to order, we take great care in producing and packaging every item to the highest standard.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom-Made Products

Most of our products are custom-made or personalised according to your specifications.

As a result, custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer require the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the item and any damage to the packaging.

Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item.
  • A repair where appropriate.
  • A full or partial refund.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that differs from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where an error has occurred on our part, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Returns Process

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items must be returned in their original condition wherever possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly:

  • Custom-framed products.
  • Personalised prints.
  • Made-to-order artwork.
  • Special-order items.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled before production has commenced. Once printing, framing, or manufacturing has begun, cancellation may not be possible due to the custom nature of the products.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights under Irish or European consumer protection legislation.
